Grabing Sale but Price is Still the Same

The absolute discount is exactly the same, but the relative discount is much smaller in the first discount. We prefer to get 50% more of the same product for the same price than save 33% on the price, even though that comes down to exactly the same thing. We like it better when they give us 25% discount on top of a 20% discount, instead of a single 40% discount. And again, it comes down to exact same discount. A ₱500 discount on a ₱5,000 will be regarded as much less than a ₱500 off an ₱1,000 product.

A wording like "Get ₱ off" will motivate people to buy more even if the other products are not actually on sale. The wording has a lot of impact on how people perceive the discounts. We more likely think if we are to achieve a gain or more likely to avoid a loss? We have this perspective that if we don't buy the product now, at the discounted price, we are likely to miss out on saving some money. There is urgency involved. That anticipation of missing out is exactly why discounts works

selfie rather than helping

In just one click everyone will see. In our generations we are living in a technological world
that we used for everyday life such as communication, news update, information.
Social media is consist of websites and application that enables the users to post, share, read and also to connect to the world. Somehow social media use for posting photos and videos. Posting videos has a good impact for society through social media, we can see what we can't see. Their are some videos that shows the behavior of every individual person.

People took pictures and videos during or after an emergency instead of helping people immedietly. People choose to take pictures and videos. As what happened last month. A child was trapped in a car unoccupied and the child was still crying, until someone saw the incident. Accoring to the man he wants to destroy the glass of a car but to avoid the possibld that may happen he choose to get help from the guard. Why does people took pictures or videos first before they help or why does people take videos during the emergency?. But taking videos or pictures are really helpful as evidence and proof to prove what really happen.

Poverty while others are Wealthy

Poverty:

What is poverty?
  • Poverty is about not having enough money to meet basic needs including food, clothing and shelter.  However, poverty is more, much more than just not having enough money.
In addition to a lack of money, poverty is about not being able to participate in recreational activities; not being able to send children on a day trip with their schoolmates or to a birthday party; not being able to pay for medications for an illness.  These are all costs of being poor. Those people who are barely able to pay for food and shelter simply can’t consider these other expenses.  When people are excluded within a society, when they are not well educated and when they have a higher incidence of illness, there are negative consequences for society.  We all pay the price for poverty.  The increased cost on the health system, the justice system and other systems that provide supports to those living in poverty has an impact on our economy.
Many people experienced starving, hunger, hopeless and hardship in life because of being jobless, laziness, and mostly uneducated.

“Overall Poverty has various manifestations, including:
Lack of income and productive resources sufficient to ensure sustainable livelihoods

·  Hunger and malnutrition
·  Ill health
·  Limited or lack of access to education and other basic
   services
·  Increased morbidity and mortality from illness
·  Homelessness and inadequate housing
·  Unsafe environments
·  Social discrimination and exclusion

·  Characterized by lacked of participation in decision-making in
   civil, social and cultural rights.

Wealthy:

What is wealthy?
  • The Old English word wela, via the Middle English welth, meaning "happiness and prosperity in abundance," is the source of our nounwealth. Although the Middle English wele meant "well-being," the word referred primarily to money and possessions. Many people still feel that way, but Henry David Thoreau offered a different view: "Wealth is the ability to fully experience life." That is, true wealth is having whatever means the most to you.
